I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Basingstoke. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. My room was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with tea and coffee. Dining was a highlight, as the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The health and leisure facilities were great for unwinding too.

The location is about a mile away from the main town centre.

Definitely family-friendly

We had an incredible experience when we were there for my daughter’s birthday, the staff went all out to make her special dinner memorable. It was the little things, like Peter, our waiter, always smiling and checking on us, making my daughter feel like she was the star of the night.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I’d say worth it for the memories.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a spread that included everything from a full English to smoked salmon—perfect to kickstart your day! I adored the personalized touches from the staff, who remembered my name and preferences, making me feel right at home. Plus, the room amenities were fabulous. I loved the sleep aid pillow spray that helped me drift off into dreamland.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the tasty stone-baked pizza and relaxing atmosphere by the bar. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures. The room was a bit dated, but that didn’t ruin our stay. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go! 😊

Great selection for a quick break in Basingstoke with good value for money. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious, and the staff kept offering more tea. Make sure to try the afternoon tea experience.
